Our 4th annual Fall Festival and German Bratwurst Dinner is fast approaching on October 12, 2024! All funds raised this year will support our international missionaries. The festival opens at 9:00 am with the bratwurst dinner from 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
For anyone with a willing heart, we have a job for you! Some of them are even “sit-down” jobs! For crafters, setup day is Friday October 11th. Bake sale contributors may bring their goodies on Friday or before we open on Saturday morning (event starts at 9 AM). Kitchen help will be needed to prep for the event, and especially for Saturday afternoon and evening.
Don’t forget to invite your friends (or treat them!) to our German Bratwurst dinner which will run from 4-7 PM. Carryout and gluten free meals will be available. Tickets are available from Joy Lilienkamp. Also new this year will be a selection of homemade desserts for our dinner guests, so start thinking of your favorite (non-refrigerated) dessert that you might be able to contribute. Desserts for dinner need to be delivered by noon on Saturday.
Lastly, we always need help with setup on Friday, and cleanup on Saturday evening. Cleanup is especially important this year, as another group will be using the space Sunday afternoon.
A successful event will require many hands. Please check with Joy Lilienkamp, Deanna Leimbach, or Kristy Kruse, to see how you can help raise funds for our international servants Erin Mackenzie, and Chris and Ashley Irvin.
